Piab piINLINE™ Mini

piINLINE™ Mini are small light-weight inline ejectors which use the patented COAX® tech-nology inside. piINLINE™ also has a pending patent since it is the only inline vacuum gen-erators based on multistage ejector technology. They can be mounted directly on the hose close to suction cup (or point of suction). PIAB’s piINLINE™ ejector program will offer much better performance with at least 40-50% lower energy consumption compared to the compet-ing inline single-stage ejectors in corresponding sizes. Inline vacuum generators are espe-cially common in electronic/semiconductor pick-and-place applications, dedicated packaging equipment, injection-molding automation and unloading/loading metal forming machines (bending, punching and laser-cutting).

piINLINE™ Mini will exceed the flow performance of single-stage inlines with 0.9-1.0 mm drive nozzle with a minimum of energy consumption.
